A clear memory of the gorgeous violet collection that adorned my grandmother’s dining room window inspired the delicate blooms of these sterling silver earrings. In recalling the way she dusted the sensitive leaves and almost iridescent cobalt, purple and pink flowers with a fine painters brush, I used the same attention to detail in crafting the slightly asymmetrical petals and subtle markings.
